„It was easy to get to the hotel for a one-night stay whilst travelling from Pisa airport to the south of Italy. The room was well laid out, clean and had all the facilities we needed for the stay. We were informed about the air-conditioning being managed from the reception area if we wanted it changed. It was convenient to have somewhere to eat across the road as we arrived after 7pm. „Ein tolles Hotel mit einem guten Service. An der Rezeption bekamen wir jederzeit Auskünfte, Tipps und Hilfe, so z. B. als unser Zimmernachbar ungeachtet unseres Protestes vom Vortag erneut mitten in der Nacht mit der Lautstärke seines Fernsehers unser Zimmer und den Flur beschallte. Ich weiß nicht, was die Dame an der Rezeption gemacht hat, aber gefühlte zwei Minuten nach unserer Anfrage war es auf dem Zimmer nebenan ruhig.
