„I was thoroughly impressed with the facility until I slipped and fell on my elbow and knee while walking back to my room. I promptly alerted the front desk about the water on the floor, but they explained that the floor cleaner occasionally misses some water. Surprisingly, there were no wet floor signs, and they only offered to waive the resort fee. Fortunately, I’m not an elderly person, so I didn’t break a hip or something worse.“
