„Rented this house because I had a wedding to go to in Foresthill. Wow - this is like a treehouse -your view is the forest. The wrap around porch is where you spend most of your time - very tranquil and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you need a getaway to be able to relax. Thank you for a wonderful visit.“

„Our group of ten ladies enjoyed a three night stay at the Auburn property. The location of the home was in a very peaceful neighborhood. Playing our card games on the deck coupled with meaningful chatter about our daily golf game were highlights. Contacting our host was never a problem. We would definitely stay at the home again. “

„Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Top rating.“

„Yes. It was perfect for me for visiting family and friends in Nevada City. Convenient and easy access to downtown. Also a plus that it was a west facing basement walkout, so it stayed cool for the hot summer nights and days. I would 100% stay here again.“
