« Pros: Clean, gorgeous pool, diving board and slide, the beds were all comfortable, loved the location very private, 20–25-minute ride to Niagara Falls, few miles to large grocery store, plenty of towels and extra blankets. Adequate cooking supplies. Well laid out for family. Answered my questions when asked. Very responsive regarding a personal item left at the house. Cons- Minor: No baking sheets or pans. Quirky closets, one had one door, others missing knobs. Minor maintenance issues....

« Our stay here was good. It was clean, roomy and the beds comfortable . The only thing I wonder about is their request that we strip the beds and fold the used sheets and blankets and leave on the bed. It was not a cheap place to rent and wondered why that was our responsibility and not the cleaning staff. And why did we need to fold them when I assume they would be laundered. That was the only negative comment I have. »

« We stayed a few days after a big storm so some facilities like the big pool were flooded. The unit we stayed in was mostly clean but sparse (i.e. 2 towels for 4 people) and there were insufficient bed linens. I was informed guests often bring their own linens; however, I shouldn't have to fly across the country with bedding for 4 people, that just doesn't make sense. During the stay someone alerted the owner (offsite) that we were 4 adults instead of 2 adults and 2 kids (14,16) so we were...

« Overall the property was very enjoyable. The beachfront aspect was definitely a plus both at sunrise and sunset. Amazing campfires on the beach and beautiful skies above. The property itself was in fairly good condition, a little bit of bubbling on the vinyl flooring but nothing noticeable to the eye. The beds were comfortable and the pull out couch worked great for my party of 6! No sleeping complaints. Overall a very enjoyable place to stay. »

« This was a great family gateway that made us all remember and think of our caribbean beaches back in Venezuela. Kudos to Tom and all the staff for their amazing customer service and attention to details. They were all very friendly and helpful to make our stay better. The only draw back is that the units don't have A/c unit and it was very very hot during the night even with all fans turned on. Tom mentioned they were working on that, and hopefully it'll be addressed for next summer. »
