« We chose this property for its proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park, relying on the Expedia listing that promised A/C and a washer/dryer. Unfortunately, the house was very hot upon arrival, and the washer was broken.
We had two main issues:
Broken Washer: The washer was the primary reason we rented a house instead of a hotel. The owner later revealed a previous guest broke it, and they were unable to fix it. However, they failed to warn us in advance so we could make other laundry...

« Une vue incroyable, le système de petit déjeuner que l’on ramène à la chambre est super ça nous permet de bien profiter. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le parking est devant chaque chambre c’est super. Un rapport qualité prix génial, je recommande à 100 % pour une nuit de visite ! »

« This was a wonderful place to stay, accommodating families in full suites with kitchens and others in regular rooms, still with kitchens, and a fabulous breakfast to start the day. The owner/manager is lovely and ready to assist in any way necessary. The town of Cuchara is cute and has many hiking trails nearby, and an up and coming ski area. We'll be back! »

« This was a perfect last minute booking when the weather required us to alter our camping plans. The house was very clean, well appointed and super comfortable. It is in a great location to access Lathrop and nearby trails and communities. It had everything we needed and worked out great, it was a gem! »
