The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, but unfortunately, the stay quickly declined from there.
Last night, one of the rooms on our floor turned into what felt like a full-blown party. At midnight, we decided not to complain, hoping it would quiet down. By 3 a.m., the music and screaming were out of control, so we called the front desk. We couldnât provide the exact room number while trying to sleep, but we explained it was loud enough that anyone coming up to the 4th floor would immediately hear it. We were told it would be investigated.
Clearly, it wasnât, because when we left at 6:30 a.m. to head to the hospital (the main reason for our visit), the music was still blasting. As we walked out, we saw that the noise was coming from Room 404, door propped wide open.
Aside from the lack of any meaningful response to the noise complaint, our room itself was disappointing. The floors were dirty and hadnât been mopped, and both the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty.
After our stay, I shared this feedback with the property. In response, I received what seemed to be an auto-reply or template email outlining instructions for how to ship packages to the hotelâcompletely unrelated to my concerns. I replied back, clarifying my confusion and asking for an actual response about the issues I raised, but never heard anything further.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, especially given that we were there for medical reasons and needed rest.
