I am very disappointed with my stay, and honestly, it was not worth the money I paid. I specifically paid for a two-bedroom accommodation, but upon arrival, I received a one-bedroom instead. This was not what I booked or paid for, and I am extremely unhappy with the experience.
Because I did not receive the accommodation I paid for, I decided to leave early and will not be staying there tonight. I apologize for not reaching out sooner to notify you that I had left, as I completely forgot to contact you.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I expected to receive the accommodations I reserved and paid for, and that did not happen. I do not feel that I received the value or service I deserved. I would appreciate someone addressing this matter and discussing an appropriate refund or adjustment for the difference in accommodations and my early departure.
It displays is a two bedroom one bath, which is not it a one bedroom one bath with a sleeping sofa that doesn’t even fit too grown adults we had to sleep on the floor. Check-in was horrible. I waited outside for a whole hour. I emailed call text nobody replied to me until a stranger. Had a call from their phone for them to answer. Worst experience ever.
