We asked if we could pay extra to check in early and they said we couldn’t because someone was in there, but the neighbor said no one had been there for days. Therefore, when we’ve got there at 4 PM for one night, we realized the air conditioner was broken and it was 84. There was no wind so even opening the window windows didn’t help. We called the immediately and said we needed somewhere else to stay. They said they’d send someone over. They came two hours later and stayed for almost 2 hours, they said they would look for other accommodations for us and then at 9 o’clock at night, they said they didn’t have anything and that they’d get back to us. My whole night was ruined. I had one night and my plans were ruined and they didn’t give me any cash compensation. There were bugs on the floor and sewer flies in bathrooms. The bedrooms had ceiling fans that made so much noise that we couldn’t even sleep if they were on a high setting. I spent weeks trying to get them to give me some kind of compensation back it was a lot of money and a horrible experience. They act as if they’re going to help and then they just hope you’re gonna give up. Just a horrible experience I would not use this company at all. their name is Stay Hospitality.
