Excellent property for a family stay

Our family group consisted of me and my husband, our adult children and their wives and our one year old grandchild. The house was clean, spacious, well furnished for a large group. A crib and highchair for the baby was a plus. Lots of bedrooms and beds with televisions in every room. Well set up kitchen with enough dishes and glasses for everyone. The back deck has a shaded area with a fan perfect for outdoor meals and the pool was fabulous. A small shallow area that an infant could play in was perfect for the one year old and the rest of the pool was big enough for all of us and at a perfect temperature. Highly recommend this property for a family stay.

Amazing Stay

Beautiful and peaceful property with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Ideal for families — we especially enjoyed the heated pool and the fully equipped kitchen, which made meal prep easy. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with family. We’ll definitely be coming back

Short stay

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was great. Drive to places was reasonable. Could be more kitchen equipment (measuring cups, larger skillet, pitcher- we donated one). Used the outside table a lot.

Villa Review

The house was very nice, plenty of room for all of us. The items that were notable: the decking on the porch by the pool was unsettling. We felt like it was squishy, making you unsteady. There was also a bad aroma throughout the house when the air conditioner kicked on. A welcome basket would have been a nice touch. Really enjoyed the pool. All and all a nice visit with family.

Everyone had a great time. Place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table. TVs all over the place. Mosquitoes were a pain. Should consider spraying the yard.

Great location and home!

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Hollywood for a family getaway to relax and spent time together. It was a great location close to the beach and restaurants. Loved the saltwater pool and patio area. The house was very clean and had a modern minimalistic feel. The beds were comfy and private. The kitchen had the basics with pans, dishes and utensils. It was nice having the grill to cookout on and a blender to make smoothies. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Alex for the hospitality!

Better Than The Description

This property and community is breathtaking. The home is better than the pictures. It is clean and there is plenty of space. Also, the pool view from the downstairs bedrooms is beautiful. As spacious as it was, it still had a cozy feeling. The appliances are modern and easy to use. Also, the property managers are super helpful and responsive. I want to plan my next visit ASAP.

Great family getaway

Nice property in a beautiful neighborhood. The family enjoyed being together under one roof. The pool and deck was such a bonus. We spent alot of time there. It was a quick 5 min drive to Walmart and about the same time to the beach. Any time we needed anything, property management came right away. Thanks for a memorable stay! Would stay again.

Exactly what we needed

This was a great property with all the amenities. The kids lived the pool space. The unscreened porch was nice to relax and watch the kids. The washer and dryer were super handy for towels and throw in a load. The location was great. You are off the beaten path but close to the beach, a grocery store, coffee shops and etc. I recommend!

Great location for nearby activities

We had 3 families staying at this location. It's a 5 minute drive to nearly anything, including the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Kitchen was large enough to cook without issue (fridge and freezer space). Pool table room was a little too small to really play pool in, but the kids (teens) still had fun. The pool itself was nice to lounge in or beside. Clean & well-kept property.

Great communication!

Thank you for the stay. Great property, great pool. We could have stayed in the pool all day. Some of the pots and pans were older, they came with all new kitchen cookware! Great service. Last minute I needed a play pen and high chair with gate. They arranged it. A few things which I would have liked: beach stuff, a few pool toys. Also there are no rugs anywhere so it was difficult for baby to crawl and walk. Thanks so much for the stay

Quick Winter Getaway

Even though the weather didn’t cooperate with us for our quick escape from snow, this house did not disappoint! We had 2 families with a total of 5 kids who enjoyed 4 nights here. Great location, quick drive to the beach but also great outdoor space with spacious and heated (for free!) pool. They also provide a great starter supply of necessities which was so helpful. Kitchen fully stocked, propane grill, lots of towels and TVs everywhere. Quick communication throughout our stay. Definitely would go back!

Family Holiday

Our entire family from grandparents to kids enjoyed our stay at the house. It was plenty of space for all 10 of us. The boys enjoyed going into the heated pool eventhough it wasn't the best weather. All day and all night 😁! We will definitely stay again.

Perfect size house for a large family!

Perfectly good condition property with a very good size outdoor pool! We had a larger group of different ages and this house worked great for every single person in the family! From our 75 year old grandpa to our 1 year old son! Everyone enjoyed the safety of the house and especially the pool! Plenty of seating room indoor and outdoor as well! Comfortable beds! The only downside lack of pool towels but you can bring your own!
