Good morning Here is all the storyI sent a message on Dec 26 saying that I was hoping the weather was amazing and I couldnât wait to get hereThe response was. ââ send your IDââA brief and rude replybut I sent my IDThe final payment was taken around Dec 26 and I got an email with all the details and the code to enter the house On Dec 28 we landed at 1:30 pm, by the time we got the rental car, had a snack and did the grocery we finally arrived at the house around 5pmWe looked around the house we were excited to discover this place that we had rented a while back. We got to the master bedroom and noticed that the shower was in renovation and all the pieces were on the bed and the desks in the master bedroom I looked at my email to find the number to call, the first one I got a voice mail so then I sent an email asking for an urgent response then I called another number and the person that answered was really rude telling me I should read my emails and I should have canceled because the house was not ready to be rented. I responded that I do read my emails that is why we were in the house since I had the codes to get in!!!!He kept telling me to leaveOk but were to go ?Itâs now 8pm on Saturday night and we are 8!Not offering any solutions or places to stay It is without a say that I was not really happy with his helpNo where to go and threats that we had to leave NOW An apology would have been appreciated instead of pressuring me to get out of my ren
