Really smal. Ok for 1 night.
The Floor of the toilet was so small, that you need acrobatic skills. There is no space left for your legs. 1.75m person. Bed was uncomftable and small. Friendly Service. Don't travel by car. The parking lot is extra 20£ and you have to search for or to walk 10 minutes (park house)

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at our motel. We are an older 1950's beach side motel; the size of guest bathrooms is original to the 1950’s design. We do not advertise on-site parking. We issue guests a city parking pass for $20 per night. The city parking pass will allow you to park in the street at any city parking meter, resident only space or the city parking. The city charges $3 per hour for parking but with our $20 per night pass you do not have to pay the hourly parking rate. We are sorry that we could not meet your expectations. Schlecht: Schmutzige Bettlaken, die teilweise mehr undefinierbare gelbe Flecken hatten als dass sie weiß waren. Zudem mehrere Haare in den Betten. Von 8 Kopfkissen waren gerade mal zwei dabei, bei denen wir uns überwinden konnten auf diesen zu schlafen. Ansonsten überall deutlich sichtbare gelbe, orange oder schwarze Flecken und Schmutz. Als wir eine Mitarbeiterin darauf angesprochen haben, konnte sie nicht weniger interessiert sein. Neue Bettlaken zu bekommen oder das Zimmer zu wechseln war angeblich nicht möglich und das obwohl immer noch freie Zimmer auf Expedia angezeigt wurden. Das Badezimmer war innenliegend und hat über keinerlei Abzug verfügt. Hinzu kam ein extremer Gestank nach Urin im „Badezimmer“. Dieser Raum war so klein, dann man kaum auf der Toilette sitzen konnte ohne mit den Knien an die gegenüberliegende Wand zu drücken. Nachts haben wir kaum geschlafen - einerseits weil man sich einfach nicht wohl gefühlt hat, andererseits weil draußen ein extremer Lärm war. Bis ca. 01:00 Uhr lief laute Musik und man hörte Leute direkt vor dem Zimmer reden. Als diese dann weg waren, fanden im gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus wohl irgendwelche Autorennen statt. Zudem läuft direkt gegenüber ein sehr lautes Stromaggregat, welches ununterbrochen Krach machte. Hab mich gefühlt als würde ich mitten in einer Baustelle schlafen - da wären mir die Liegen am Strand als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit lieber gewesen. Wir können niemandem empfehlen in diesem „Loch“ zu schlafen.

First recommendation send directions or a map to the last two blocks to get to your property. It was very confusing having one way streets on both the north and south of the property we could not get the car to the property. We had to walk after we parked second recommendation fix the Internet. The Wi-Fi was absolutely horrible. I could not get one of six devices Onto the Internet extraordinarily frustrating. Other than that location was nice very clean and people were very friendly.

This property is in the perfect location. There are a lot of local attractions nearby. The beach is walking distance, with many bars and dining options. Close to Margaritaville so you can see the local entertainment. The room was basic. Bathroom is small but everything was very clean. No complains. Check in and check out was very easy. They provide beach towels and there are lawn chairs in the rooms you can use at the beach.

2nd stay. Excellent location. Rooms are clean and have basics that you will need: fridge, microwave, beach chairs, towels, comfortable bed. Just steps to the beach. St. Maurice has no pool, so maybe not best choice for families. It is small and has no restaurant, but a short walk away there many ecclectic food choices on boardwalk (if you like Peruvian, Italian, Argentian, etc.) Food is mostly excellent, but most restaurants get very loud during diner. If you want quiet, you can get your food to go, and eat it under a palapa at the pretty courtyards of the St. Maurice. I don't think parking nearby is great, but we didn't have a car. We took an Uber to/from airport There is a shuttle that will take you around town as well as a water taxi that's only short walk away that has many stops in Fort Lauderdale. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this place isn't for you. But my husband and I found that the St Maurice had what we needed, in a great spot, and at an awesome price. We will be back.

Super clean with a location more perfect than can be described with words. Loved the free beach chairs and towels to take with us the few steps we needed to walk to the ocean. It's a little older property without ventilation in the bathroom, but it's really well maintained. Great value for the location and amenities!

I actually LOVED this place! I know there are some bad reviews but you gotta know what you're walking into. It's motel style. The building is old and maintained as well as one can expect. The opportunities for socializing between rooms with other travelers in the commons areas was cool. We drank some wine provided by a French gentleman. We checked in around 2pm just after the room was cleaned. There was a strong cleaning product scent, just because the rooms don't have ventilation beyond the air-conditioner. It wsn't so bad to just leave the door open and run the fan. It would be an improvement to upgrade the back bathroom windows to allow for cross breeze airflow. But all in all, that location was AWESOME! Right next to Margaritaville. So convenient to pop out of the room and just BE THERE. Easy walk to Joes market or the Liquor store on the intercoastal A1A, or just enjoy $3.50 Budweiser's on the beach via the Sushi place on the corner of the Sheldon Hotell. Hollywood Beach has so much variety, I tend to stay a different place everytime. But I can say, Saint Maurice was great! I would stay here again for a simple easy budget beach trip. Again, PERFECT location for walking the night life scene.

Wife and I had a great 3 night stay at the property. The bathrooms are on the smaller side, but you’re there for the location. Steps to the beach! The staff is honestly wonderful, and had great interactions with them throughout my stay. The only suggestion I would have is to use a WiFi booster for building two as the connection was spotty and we were unable to run devices or use the smart capabilities of the tv. Definitely had a great stay and would recommend!

This was just fine for our family. Definitely needs some upgrades for comfortable seating in living room. Appliances need some TLC but it was very clean so I was happy! We were never asked if we wanted housekeeping and we were there for a week, they are stingy with amount of towels when asked( even though we didn’t complain about it never getting cleaned) overall it was fine. Probably wouldn’t stay again…but it served us fine

We only ask Guests to bring the dirty ones to the front desk and change them to be able to wash them properly and avoid smells in the room. Housekeeping cleans upon request, for stays longer than 5 days when you request it we do it, because we need to schedule it.
