Rollers missing on dishwasher rack not addressed from previous review. Property manager stated all concerns were addressed. When we got there pool and hot tub were low . Hot tub heater not on. We had to fill pool with hose. Tried to call posted phone number and recording stated not accepting calls at this time. Finally contacted Property manager through Vrbo messaging and he said he would send out a team member asap. Pool was filled and hot tub hot. Got up next day and pool low again and hot tub cold. We didn’t have those amenities for almost 2 of the three days. Screen to clean debris and bugs from pool not visibly available. This property advertised as a Glam Home. Sports courts were not cleaned off. Only one usable pickleball. Basketball and soccer ball soft and old. Glam Home for three nights, you think the sports equipment would be up to par. One bath shower drain constantly pooling water. This is a nice property, but there were a lot of corners cut that could have made the is an enjoyable experience. Spoke with Property contact on Monday and expressed my concerns. He said team would reach out to me the next day. Nobody called me back. Sent another message through Vrbo and got no reply from management
