The Space:

A single-story one-bedroom with its own private back patio and bistro set. The bedroom has a queen bed and its own smart TV. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for two more guests and a second smart TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and what you need for full meals. Fiber internet, in-unit washer and dryer, and central air conditioning are included.



Guest Access:

The apartment and its private back patio are yours alone. The courtyard and gas grill are shared with the building's other three apartments. One designated off-street parking space is included free. Self check-in uses a keypad on the unit door, with a unique code sent before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

A residential pocket near the restaurants, bars, and boutiques of Las Olas Boulevard, and close to Holiday Park's courts and jogging paths. Downtown's Riverwalk and the NSU Art Museum make good outings, and Bonnet House and Hugh Taylor Birch State Park are toward the coast.



Getting Around:

Plan on a car or rideshare for beach days and most trips beyond the neighborhood. Your free parking space makes driving simple. Approximate driving distances and times: Fort Lauderdale Beach at the end of Las Olas Boulevard, about 2.2 miles (5 minutes); Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), about 6 miles (15 minutes); Miami International Airport (MIA), about 31 miles (45 minutes); West Palm Beach airport (DJT, formerly PBI), about 45 miles (60 minutes). These estimates do not use live traffic. Traffic, route, and airport terminal can add time.

- Verification & Check-in: To ensure the safety of our community and comply with local regulations, all guests are required to complete an online identity verification check and a digital check-in form. This process includes a valid ID check to verify our 25+ age requirement and a digital signature on our house rules.

- Quiet Hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM): This is a multi-family building with 4 units; please be respectful of neighbors, especially in shared outdoor spaces.

- Parking: Additional parking may be available upon request, but is not guaranteed.

- Amenities: Complimentary toiletries and essentials are provided to start your stay.

- Safety & Security: Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 2 on the building front, 1 in the shared patio area, and 2 on the back corners. All are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. Cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence.

- Noise Monitoring: A noise-level detection device is installed (per city ordinance) to monitor decibel levels without recording audio.

- Legal: Per City of Fort Lauderdale Ordinance, it is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
