« The service made up for anything the motel itself packed. Small extended stay motel, few services, and because I had booked online, the place was overbooked. Though, the service i was given made up for any technical issue that came up. They had been remodeling one of their longer term stay rooms that wasn't quite finished yet, so he asked if I'd be ok with it. The TV didn't work (I don't watch it) and I got to play with the AC a bit to get the compressor to kick on so it would cool off....

« Had high reviews but now thinking they were fake or paid for after a night's stay. Can now see now why their pricing is lower than surrounding hotels. No tenant up front and had to call to have someone show up. Their foreign accent was so thick, we struggled to understand. Room was huge and had a full kitchen, including dishwasher, but really outdated and beat up. Minor renovation was lipstick on a pig. Floors were almost as bouncy as the bed's worn out mattress. Strange and sickening...

« The hotel itself was nice & clean. The staff... neither the night or morning front desk staff smiles. They were courteous but a smile here & there would not hurt. The rooms have been updated but as another reviewer said...where are the outlets!? Had to unplug the clock near the bed so that I could plug in my phone charger near the bed. Make sure you have your wall adapter, there are no usb outlets! »

« My room didn't have, soap, cream, shampoo had nothing. Only the towels. I didn't have an extra blanket. In the bathroom there was a dirty soap from someone else. »

« The gym was good, but the pool had way too much chlorine after the recent maintenance. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The room was clean enough, and the location was great for shops and the military base. The hotel is only 6 minutes from the main gate to Ft. Leonard Wood. »

« I end up having bedbug bites. I had to go to the doctor and she stated that my itching is from bedbug bites from the hotel Hampton hotel. It is painful it was in my arms legs and Simeon my hands . They have bedbugs. I had to put all my baggage in my car garage. Now I have a doctor bill and I am still pain in my arms and legs not a good experience for me I feel tramudtize in going to hotels »
