Welcome to Miramar Palms. This 3-bed 2.5 bath home is the epitome of “Old Florida Charm” with contemporary comfort and style. A fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large window looking over the pool. The cozy living area includes comfortable recliners and a flat screen TV. Finishing off the open floor plan is a dining table that seats up to 6 guests, laundry room, and a half bath. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower. There is an additional bedroom on the opposite side of the house that has a king bed, full size sleeper sofa, and access to the pool area. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
