Great view, close proximity to beach
Location of the condo to the beach is GREAT, the balcony has a great view of sunset. We did not enjoy the screened in balcony as it obscures the view, however I am sure many people enjoy the screens to avoid bugs, so this is a personal preference. The unit was well equipped with everything needed in the kitchen. They provided beach towels, I had inquired before hand to see & they told me they did not supply them, however, they had several brand new ones for us to use. The beds were comfortable. AC worked well. We could hear the ocean waves from our unit which is always our goal when booking a place. The unit is modern and mostly clean. I did find that the floors were dirty… my feet were black after walking barefoot the first day & much of the lights, furniture was pretty dusty, this is likely from recent hurricane rehab & the building is just beginning to rent again. The unit has 2 baths, but they are so small I am not sure how anyone of size could utilize them. We are small people & felt extremely cramped trying to shower or use the bathroom mirror,!itbwas frustrating. Lastly, the beach & area is still in hurricane recovery. There was a large black pipe down the beach which ruined the view- we weren’t aware of this until arrival , but once it’s gone it will be a very nice beach and view. They do not have umbrellas or lounge chairs, we bought & left one in the unit. In the future we will only book places that have an umbrella & beach chairs as we love to sit on the beach.
