Spacious, Quiet Home with Great Potential but Needs Some Maintenance

We enjoyed our stay here overall. The home is spacious, quiet, and clean, and located in a very nice neighborhood. It has so much potential to be a 10/10 stay.That said, there is quite a bit of deferred maintenance that future guests should be aware of. We noticed loose tiles throughout the property that could pose a tripping hazard, as well as some loose fixtures. Unfortunately, the pool was green and unusable during our visit. The owner was very responsive and provided a discount for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.With a few repairs and some regular upkeep, this property could truly shine. For now, I would rate it an 8/10.

Very happy with everything here. Beautiful home, spacious property, plenty of room to roam, and close enough to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Looking forward to staying here again next year.

Short stay

We stayed a few days as my husband was in town for work. Everything was clean, pool was ready to be jumped in and all clean linens. The A/C was a little wonky the first day, but they were prompt and had someone out there to take care of it quickly. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect for us!

My daughter got married at Tryphenas Garden. It was a one minute drive to the venue. There were 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms so perfect for my family to be comfortable and have their own space. The living room and kitchen area was plenty of room for my grandchildren to play and the adults be comfortable too. This is the perfect place for a family to stay!! The host communicated very well with me and was a gracious host. I would definitely stay in this house again!

Nice

The home is nice. Like the pics. There was cotton as decoration in the home that was a little uncomfortable but the home was beautiful. The host kept messaging me saying I can only have 8 people including the children. There were 4 kids alone most under 3. I couldn’t invite anyone over for the pool nor even to just sit outside without the host messaging and harassing about an event. I did not throw an event I just have a large family. His harassment was tiring and he even threatened to call the sheriff. Not at any time did more than 8 people b in the house yet I was being threatened. Every day the hose messaged me about the people. I had maybe two people come just to say congrats to the graduate and didn’t spend over an hour there. I feel like the hose is was watching the camera and due to his past experience with bad renters I was being harassedI couldn’t bring my dog yet he said I could for an additional 300 even tho I said my Shitzu could stay outside. I just left him at my mom house. Everything would’ve been better if the host didn’t feel the need to keep threatening me. I explained to him exactly what was going on yet he still kept messaging saying I can’t have any guests. He made the stay stressful. The home is nice tho.

Wedding weekend

Amazing property for the wedding party to stay! It was perfect! The house is larger than what the photos perceive. The house was conveniently located just right around the corner from the wedding venue. In addition, it has a large room that was perfect for hair and makeup. The owners were very accommodating and they provided snacks! I would definitely recommend this property and as a matter of fact, my best friends daughter is getting married October 2025 and based on what they saw, they have already booked!

Dirty Pool

The home was nice and cozy, but the pool was dirty. There was algae in the pool and slime all the way around the liner of the pool. The pool was the main reason we chose the home for our trip.The pool was to entertain the kids while we were there. It was a business trip for the Buckarama at the Georgia National Fair Grounds. The host had plenty of time to have the pool cleaned before we got there.

Awesome Property

We loved the house and the pool this was our second time staying here. We enjoyed the peace and quiet coming from living in a big busy city! It was just what we needed. i would go again in a minute. Beautifully Decorated home and property

This home is Beautifully decorated and our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The pool was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the busy days and a great way to cool off. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The coffee bar was nice as we are coffee drinkers so that was nice touch. Seen different wildlife throughout the property including armadillos which we don’t have in our state so that was pretty neat. Overall we had a great time here and enjoyed our vacation there. The snacks, games and Xbox was a big plus for the kids also.

An amazing retreat close to the Tryphena's Gardens

I got this location as it was very close to the venue, Tryphena's Garden, where my little sister was getting married. My partner and I had a wonderful time with our friends, as it was extremely close the venue. It was very clean and spacious inside the house. The outside is very well kept. The host was very quick to respond if we had any questions. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for visit with friends

Could not have asked for a better house for visiting back home and spending time with friends and family. The property is beautiful and so peaceful and still close enough to get food delivery and grocery delivery. It was perfect wirh 3 bathrooms so we didnt have to share with the teens. The pool was also great with the temperatures getting in the 90s during our stay. I will stay again if possible on my next trip

Quiet country ranch

We stayed almost 2 weeks at this property and loved it. The home was very clean and well stocked. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed exploring it. It’s also very convenient to Perry and Fort Valley but felt like being far from the city. The owners were very responsive to the questions we had and were extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.

Had a Great Stay

We were all very pleased with our stay. Clean and well-maintained. The hosts graciously had many little treats/snacks and toiletries present if needed. The kitchen was stocked with all things that we needed for food prep and cooking. We were there for a local wedding so didn't have time to use the pool but the pool was very nice. If we ever end up in the Perry area again we would definitely book this place again.

Quiet Property With Plenty of Space!

We found the perfect property for our stay! This house has lots of space! 3 separate bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms easily accommodated our family of 5. It is just a short drive off the highway, near to restaurants and the fairgrounds. The property was very clean and had all the comforts of home: fully equipped kitchen, keurig machine with coffee, snacks, toiletries, etc. beds and pillows were all very comfy! We had great communication with the property manager leading up to our stay and didn’t have any issues at all. We regretted not having enough time to walk the property and explore the creek, but we do look forward to returning next year!
