The accessibility to the beach and having the golf cart made it so much more convenient than places we’ve stayed before where we had to pack up the car each trip to the beach. The outdoor shower was another bonus which helped keep the sand out of the house and off of our clothes before getting to wash them. „Great place to stay for multiple families and friends that have never vacationed together. Spent most of our time in the main house kitchen and living room to accommodate us all. Loved how the owner was quick to answer questions, etc. I rated it a 5 overall, but the place needs a deep clean to get the grunge off the doors and outside furniture and some of the floors. Maybe some paint in between customers. My suggestion includes: labeling the garbage cans, place above garage needs a mini split ...

„We enjoyed our stay at this property! It is close enough to walk to the beach and close to many other desirable things to do. The pool area was very nice and wasnt overcrowded. The house was well stocked with kitchen items as well as with many baby items including an umbrella stroller, high chair, and pack and play. They also had beach toys if needed. „We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was comfortable with nice amenities, and we appreciated having plenty of space throughout and the wonderful community. The elite community pool was definitely a highlight of our visit.The location was very convenient - getting to the beach, restaurants, and shops with the provided golf cart was a breeze and only took a few minutes. „Everything was better than expected. There were a few minor problems. The water heater kept turning off. We had to relight the pilot light several times, the outside grill propane was low and well I can’t remember the third item. However I called them into the maintenance folks and they were very gracious and professional. I would happily stay there again. “
