  • The Island Princess est un complexe familial de sept étages situé sur la plage, dans l'île de Okaloosa ensoleillée. Cette spacieuse copropriété décorée de 2 chambres présente un balcon qui donne directement sur les belles eaux bleues du golfe du Mexique. Il y a un lit king size dans le maître avec un accès au balcon qui donne sur de belles vues sur les plages de blanc de sucre et les eaux émeraude, deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre, et il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon, donc cette adorable unité dort 6! Avec une piscine chauffée en saison, face au golfe, un bain à remous, une salle de fitness et un espace barbecue, vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances parfaites.

Long weekend

Great long weekend. They were very accommodating and extended our stay on Sunday for a late check-out since our flight left later. Loved the ease of the beach service. Definitely recommend.

In town for holiday basketball tournament. Great location right on the beach -- close to everything. Clean, comfortable, and nice appliances & amenities. Great spot for our family for a few days. Would stay again. Thank you!

Perfect location, Quiet, Clean, Beach Service

This unit was very well maintained. It is right off of Hwy 98, close to Publix market. The building is modern and has a great workout room, pool, and a hot tub. Being able to walk straight onto the beach, complete with beach service was a big perk for us to choose this unit. The kitchen has all new appliances. Thank you for a great visit!

It was kind of a long walk to our condo from parking, pool of beach but we survived. Plenty of space for 5 adult women and all our stuff! Had a few issues with the property but the management response was great. Very good to work with us.

Perfect beach get away

I can’t even say enough about this unit. It was clean, very well stocked, comfortable and ideally located. I loved the bed in the master bedroom..my bad back thanks you immensely for the comfort I had all week long. About the only thing we needed or could have used a bit more of was toilet paper..but not a deal breaker by any sense. I will definitely look at renting this one again..it was that good!

I really enjoy that from the master bedroom you could just look at the ocean while curled up in bed. Everyone came and hung out at our place because it was so nice. The one thing is you need to bring a wall plug for your charger because I do not have any USB ports. We definitely stay there again. Legacy Vacations responded to text immediately. The location was great. It was easy to get stuff although honestly it was so nice. We didn’t leave. We had everything delivered in. Place with spotless with the newest appliances.

Much needed trip

The property was just as described. This was a perfect location for adults that are not into the party scene or want a family friendly place to stay away from the action, but close enough to restaurants. I had zero trouble with check in or check out. The property was getting ready for summer though and we had many interruptions…one day was balcony railing inspection. The next was fire alarm inspection ALL DAY LONG, and the. The next was air filter change day. Not the fault of the person we rented it from and I’m sure it was needed, but it would have been nice to have them done all the same day or spread out over different weeks.

Nice condo BUT…

The condo looks nice but here were the problems: 1. Construction: yes we knew construction would be going on but we were NEVER informed to the extent. We were woken up to jackhammers and drills at 740am. You couldn’t stay in your condo because the noise was so loud you couldn’t even hear others speak. We have stayed places where construction was happening but never to this extent. 2. The sliding glass windows weren’t sealed correctly so when the constructions workers were tearing apart the balcony (which honestly looked very nice before they tore into it) dust was coming through the doors and cracks to the extent that we couldn’t breathe and it left a layer of dust over EVERYTHING. It was awful! 3. The hot water doesn’t work well and you definitely shouldn’t use both showers at the same time. The hot water tank isn’t big enough to accommodate multiple showers. 4. The linen and towels had some kind of purple dye on them. 5. The “gym” is very small, has old, outdated equipment and not enough room to move about. No dumbbells either. 6. Instructions stated to not turn thermostat below 70. I like to sleep cold (usually 68) so that kinda sucks. Overall if it wasn’t for the type of construction it wouldn’t have been that bad. Although I understand way the rental company didn’t specify the type of construction as they would’ve lost business, I still would’ve liked to have known I would have excessive noise at 740 am until 5pm with dust all over the inside ahead of time.
