Wonderful Get-A-Way!

Just a get a way to spend time with my young adult Grands. Had a wonderful time, loved the area, the beach was beautiful. The condo was perfect for us, had one comment about the front door seal coming loose at the bottom, just a routine maintenance item, the place was clean, pool was nice also.

Awesome stay!

We had such a wonderful time on our couples trip! Our room was so nice and clean and the beds were so comfy! Even though there were several families and groups there, our condo was very quiet and we were undisturbed. We enjoyed the beach service and made use of the grills, too! We did have a toulet issue but maintenance fixed it within minutes of our call! We can't wait to book a longer stay next time!

The Gulf view description was not accurate. They said a Gulf view but it was a partial view. We didn’t take a shower in the master bathroom because the tub had peeling paint. The dining room chairs were so uncomfortable and the couch leans to the middle. The ice maker also didn’t work. Even though we called about it they never responded. This condominium needs some serious updating all around. And PlEASE update the description to the view because I wouldn’t have rented a partial view since I had surgery on my foot the view and the sound of the water is what I came for. The lady at the checkin was super caring and new I was going to be upset about the view and I was. This was our second time having problems with VRBO but never again

Great Experience After a VRBO Disaster

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nautilus was amazing and accommodating with our last minute reservation. We had another condo booked for over a year and 6 days before arriving for my son’s Senior trip with 30 other baseball families, our host cancelled with zero communication. My husband found Nautilus and we immediately booked through the management team verses VRBO. I was able to communicate with Melissa and she was great! The condo was clean and spacious and the view was incredible. We loved the balcony as you could see the road and people watch on one side and a partial beach view on the other. The only recommendation I would have is to add sitting space in the main living area. We had great weather so we weren’t in the room much but more sitting space for evenings would have been the only change I would have made. Melissa and Nautilus made a potentially bad situation, one of the most amazing vacations we’ve had. Thank you!

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. The property manager was attentive and helpful. The property was clean and well stocked with starters. The check in process was our easiest yet and we go to Florida every year. The staff was very friendly. The beach access is so convenient. There is a TomThumb and Publix very close by. I would stay here again. Very affordable and very good location with lots of space for parking. The beach service guys were very friendly and attentive as well. Overall a great quick getaway.
