« Highly recommend this property! GREAT location. Hosts were overly communicative and very accessible throughout the entire process. We had a couple unfortunate circumstances pop up (our oldest got sick) and Collin/ Laurie handled the situation SO well (we also were very communicative on the front end so that helped!) Only criticism - master bedroom shower is a bit finicky - so just keep that in mind when turning it on - it takes a while to warm up and then it turns scalding! I think this is a...

« The property is as advertised. Warm. Inviting and tastefully decorated. Every detail has been thought of and the hosts are extremely responsive. Fantastic location within 15 minutes of the capitol buildings and monuments. Will definitely stay again with my family when next we are in the area. »

« For DC and the prices it was good. Arrived to no toilet paper and only 2 towels. The kitchen supplies is minimal. The house itself needs lots of love. The management did a very good job of getting toilet paper and towels bonus the next day. »

« The place was great. 10 minute walk to Metro, Chewish deli next door is a great, easy breakfast. Parking wasn't difficult (if you can parallel park), even with 5-6 spaces closed due to construction. I would bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in. A lot of windows high up that don't have blinds/curtains, and it can get bright in the morning. »

« This basement studio apartment is very clean and presented as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to locate. Host provided thoughtful touches such as bottled water and snacks, which is always nice to have after a day of travel.
