This home features three bedrooms. The master and guest bedrooms each have a queen bed, while the additional bedroom is furnished with two twin beds.

A lockbox with a key is provided. This is the bottom unit only.

This university neighborhood is known for its beautiful variety and character. The home is within walking distance of TCU, giving it a lively college-town atmosphere surrounded by grand, beautiful homes. Several local establishments are also within walking distance, making it easy to grab a meal or drink and return home with ease. Walk over to Carter’s Coffee for your morning brew or head to the Smokestack for a fun meal in its festive outdoor seating area.

The location makes it convenient to reach almost any destination by car. You can also enjoy a stroll along the sidewalks beneath the gorgeous trees throughout the neighborhood. There are plenty of local establishments within walking distance or just a short drive away. Coffee walk/drive-thru and Smokestack Restaurant are right up the street.

There is a Ring camera at the front door and another Ring camera facing the backyard/parking lot. Both cameras will record motion throughout the day, including during reservations.
