« Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The property is a great setup for a large family, the beds were very comfortable, and the kids had a blast using the kayaks. We would absolutely consider staying here again because the location and layout were exactly what we were looking for. There were a few areas that could be improved. « Lots of space. Lovely, older home. No place to put dry goods however, as no cabinet space. Otherwise it was very nice. »

« The only thing was my dog cut her foot on a piece of sharp steel in the yard. It was difficult to pick up poops because the grass was long, although I’m pretty sure I got it all. The hot tub was awesome and the house inside was very nice and comfortable. »

« Some of the basics were missing: towels in bathrooms and kitchen. Non-functioning and dirty coffee pot. TV didn’t work. The stairway to the upstairs is dangerous!There needs to be a sturdy railing that leads all the way to the top.Outside of the house is disheveled, the grass wasn’t mowed.Curb appeal 1 out of 10. »

« This is a great space for a large group. the kitchen is well set up and the open floor plan in the main gathering area is beautiful and comfortable. We slept 8 here easily. The only thing to be aware of, is that most bedrooms are on the third floor and the main area is on the second floor. So if steps are an issue, this is not the place for you. »

« Great place to bring young kids! A crib and highchair were available as well as kid friendly plastic dishes. The stairs have retractable gates and no childproofing necessary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. »

« Loved the house and the location for a family get together in Duluth! A cute dairy shop within walking distance was a hit for the kids to get ice cream! Walking trails nearby were also unexpected but a nice surprise. Home was well stocked, clean and communication with the owners was impeccable. We would definitely come back again!
