« House was nicely presented and in a great location. The issues were exacerbated by a day of temperatures above 40 and a power outage in the region for over 6 hours. Without going though details. Most fans do not go faster than speed 1 and hence and ineffective. You only realise that on arrival in house, once all are paid the only ac is in the main bedroom.
