« We stayed here for a long weekend get away and had a fantastic time.The house is gorgeous - old and quirky but has everything you need. The house was probably the best stocked house I have ever rented. Plenty of kitchen supplies and the host even supplied laundry items and plenty of dishwasher tabs. « Opportunities for improvement. Temp's were in the low 30's when we arrived in the evening. All thermostats were set at 53 degrees. It took 2 days to get the house up to a comfortable temperature. 70 degrees. very uncomfortable 1st night. Main level bedroom has a step right at the door. a permanent night light is needed there. I about had a very ugly fall. The outside Christmas lights run 24/7 which dumps tremendous light into the lower bedroom, a dawn/dusk sensor with several hour runtime...
