L’hôtel est situé à un endroit idéal, malgré le quartier environnant. Le personnel est fort sympathique, et le buffet du matin est parfait.

Hôtel conforme aux standards Intercity. Personnel à l'écoute. Le plus avec Intercity, c'est la carte de transports offerte. Le principal avantage de cet hôtel est aussi son principal inconvénient, c'est sa situation à proximité de la gare de Francfort qui n'est pas un endroit sûr (beaucoup de personnes droguées, d'alcoolique et de marginaux) et qui est sale.

Un établissement neuf, très propre et pratique car situé juste aux côtés de la gare. Malheureusement, les abords immédiats de la gare sont peu fréquentable. Malgré cela, l'hôtel réussit tout de même à offrir un milieu très sécuritaire.

Hôtel moderne et propre. Excellente isolation des chambres. Propreté remarquable. Lit très confortable. Bcp de prises pour des connections d’appareils divers. Douche avec une excellente pression d’eau ce qui permet d’être rapide et efficace. Eau minérale offerte. Le seul bémol est qu‘il n y a pas de bouilloire dans la chambre pour faire du thé le soir. Service de check-In complètement informatisé. La porte de l’hôtel donne directement sur l’entrée latérale de la gare ce qui pour un voyageur en correspondance est très utile.

Not what it used to be.
I stayed here before Covid and thought the hotel excellent. I was disappointed this time. The main entrance to the hotel was locked for some reason and a notice in German explained what to do. Since I speak n o German, I expressed surprise that the notice was not written in other languages. I was told something would be done. Two days later, I returned, but nothing had changed. I made the same remark again and was assured something would be done. When I checked out, nothing had still been done. The desk staff merely fob customers off with empty reassurances. Breakfast: limited selection. Cereals in individual bowls with lids (Covid precaution?) but scrambled eggs in an open dish (Covid?). One wonders about the difference between Covid prudence and parsimony at breakfast.

Dear Ternece, thank you for your feedback. Of course we try to maintain the standard in these difficult times. Due to the current pandemic, our main entrance is only accessible by ringing the bell or using your room card. There we described in the common languages (German / English) what our guests have to do. We will take your comments seriously. Stay healthy!

I recently stayed at InterCity Hotel in Frankfurt from the 18th to the 22nd of April with a friend. Upon check-in we were warmly greeted by two of the receptionists M. Dorna and R.Shubab who asked for our booking. However, there was a slight issue with spelling my surname, which took a few attempts to get right. During this process, another receptionist S. Sandrich interrupted us in a rude and unprofessional manner, demanding our passports without any prior indication. Her tone was direct and impolite, which caught us off guard. We responded calmly but expressed our discomfort with her approach. Her subsequent remark, implying that her behaviour could be worse, was completely unacceptable for a customer-facing role especially in hospitality. She left without apologising or even making eye contact with us. The initial receptionist M. Dorna tried to defuse the situation with extra friendliness and apologised for her colleague’s behaviour, citing a difficult previous customer. However, we found this unprofessional and not an excuse for rude conduct. We informed them that we would like to speak to a manager to address this and we will also leave a review about our experience. Aside from the incident, the hotel’s location next to the train station was convenient for travel from and to the airport, and neighbouring cities. Our stay at The Inter City hotel was excellent: the location was ideal in terms if getting back and forth to the train. Also a lovely walking distance to the River Main paths and parkway. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff welcoming and helpful. The homeless people around the station may be unsettling for some people

The hotel and staff were wonderful! Our room was only setup for 1 person, and they promptly brought us more towels and pillows! The hotel is very clean! The breakfast buffet was amazing! Don’t skip their breakfast

The hotel is well sound proofed, they provide a coffee machine and bottled water in the room along with a clean comfortable place to sleep. The area around the station is a bit rough however the passage way from platform 1 means it’s just a quick crosswalk away form your train.

Very clean and we had a restful and quiet sleep. The beds are truly comfortable. We were taking a train the next morning and the station was right across the street. The only downside is that there are not a lot of dining options in the immediate area. We ordered a pizza at the hotel restaurant and it was definitely Dr. Oakers. Our server was very nice though. Toll gelegenes Hotel, direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Wir haben vor unsere Asienreise dort übernachtet . Das Frühstück kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da wir schon früh zum Flughafen mussten.
