This was generally a big disappointment, but I need to explain. The owners are lovely. The property manager, Porch Light, did not handle the issue well. The hot tub was broken and Porch Light was responsible for telling us and didn't. When I contacted Porch Light immediately upon discovering the issue, they called and said they did know about the issue and didn't get to tell us, so they could give us a small refund later after checkout. That was unclear and concerning, and after asking a few questions and not receiving a response, we contacted VRBO directly and got a much better response. The owner came down to see us while this was going on and was truly sorry about the issue and thought Porch Light had told us.We left the property with a full refund through VRBO and found somewhere else to stay.Here is my advice-- this is a cute place, and, if the hot tub works, definitely stay here! But I discourage you from renting anything that Porch Light manages. Their communication was unclear and unpredictable, and when they found out that we want to VRBO for the refund, they were rude andcondescending on the phone.Again, the owner was great and the place is very cute. We just had a bad experience with the property manager.
