The Space:

Welcome to your Surfside Beach retreat! This home offers a comfortable and functional space for families and friends. The house boasts three bedrooms, each with its own character. Bedroom 1 is designed with bunk beds, making it ideal for kids. Bedroom 2 offers a flexible sleeping arrangement with single and bunk beds. Bedroom 3, the master bedroom, features a king-sized bed. Two full bathrooms provide ample space and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for meal preparation, and the dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together. Outside, you'll find a patio or balcony with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. The house is equipped with everything you need and more for a perfect stay. With its close proximity to the beach, this home provides the perfect setting for a memorable beach vacation.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the whole house to themselves.



Getting Around:

The Surfside Beach is a 3–4-minute walk from the property. To access the public walkover just take Sandpiper Ave!



Other Things to Note:

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster, you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free, but we will not issue full refunds.

- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.

- Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose.

- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided

-Early Check In/Late Check out (NOT AVAILABLE MAY THROUGH AUGUST) is available for an additional 50 dollars. This is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee.

-We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell or yellow tint.There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.

-Pet Policy Pet Fee: $115 for up to 2 dogs

Additional Dogs: $75 per dog

Maximum number of dogs may apply and must be approved before arrival

Dogs only – No cats or other animals are permitted



Interaction with Guests:
