« I booked this room because the photos looked decent. Boy was I wrong. I showed up and the lobby was about 40 degrees. Started the check in process and the card door things were broken. So none of the door locks worked, which also means you could just walk into any room, also that means if we left, anyone could walk into our room. It took 20 mins for them to find a room for us.
