« It’s cute but not fancy. The kitchen was sort of minimally configured, glasses, flatware, etc., but was completely functional. The bed isn’t great but was okay for a few nights (the space cries out for a Murphy Bed.) It’s off the alley so there were some flies and a view of trash cans, but the price was okay and the location rocked. I would totally return next time I’m down there. »

« A work based visit for a team member and I.The location was perfect for access to OC and LA both, without a city/busy feel. Downtown Santa Ana is great and has coffee and shops within walking distance. Check in was extremely easy, receiving codes and details a few hours before check-in. The secure garage was a plus and we felt very safe knowing only residents of the building had access. There was a nice gym and lobby area for the building as well. One area of opportunity would be the very loud...

« Proximity to everything was great. Front door went right to street so that was kind of hard. The floor was super dirty when we arrived. Little things need to be repaired like kitchen trash cabinet, and the bathroom shower door. No AC but there were fans….covered in hair and dust. The cleaners showed up promptly at 9:56 so we had to hurry to get out. Nice being close but probably won’t book again. »

« Great stay at Newport Beach. Easy to communicate with and accommodating. Really convenient to have beach chairs and umbrella to use. Thankful for the fans provided on the hot days. Enough space for my family of four (2 teenagers) to stay comfortably.I could work from the kitchen table as my office without disturbing them them while in the bedrooms. »

« It’s a really beautiful house and the spot is perfect. Just a couple blocks from the beach in a beautiful neighbourhood. My only “complaint” would be that this is not suitable for 5 adults. One expected to sleep on a couch, but the one there was not good enough to sleep on. Our friend went to a hotel. »

« The space was very nice and the location to Main Street and the beach was excellent! Public transportation is around the corner and perfect to utilize to get to the beach. Would love to stay here again! »

« Very cute had everything you needed for long term stay (laundry detergent, pots, pans, toiletries, etc). I liked that there was covered parking and AC. It was on the first floor so there were bugs (can of insect spray quickly fixed the problem) and you could hear upstairs neighbors walking. Property owners were very responsive and called weekly to check in. Would recommend. »
