    Jewel by the Sea is located in Maravilla Condos, a favorite Galveston vacation destination with amenities designed for relaxation and family fun:
    Three swimming pools, including a resort-style pool, children's pool, and heated pool

    BBQ grills for easy outdoor cookouts
    Outdoor volleyball area for a little friendly competition

    Whether you're planning a family beach vacation, a relaxing couples' getaway, or a fun-filled escape with your pup, Jewel by the Sea is ready to make your Galveston getaway sparkle. Pack your flip-flops, grab your beach crew, and come make some memories by the sea!

    You are welcome to bring a one small pet (under 25 lbs.) (Non-aggressive breeds only.) $100 non-refundable pet fee. GUESTS MUST CONTACT OUR OFFICE UPON RESERVATION IF BRINGING A PET. No cats allowed.

    Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
    Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Jewell By The Sea. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
    1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
    2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
    3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

    All fees and services are subject to 15% state tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.

Property was under light construction, but don't let that bother you. The room was clean, and the balcony view was beautiful. Pool areas were beautiful and clean also. Would stay again in the future

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. Close to the ocean and a wonderful view from the balcony. Very clean and just as great as they said it was. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute place, pictures represented well. Very clean & well stocked except for coffee filters. We purchased some & left them there since we only have a Keurig at home! Loved the balcony chairs & view! Couldn’t get the fan in the bedroom to work without the light on so that was a negative. Construction is pretty messy but not terribly noisy. My husband commented on how slow the elevator was. Loved watching the bunnies playing by the grassy area and the big flocks of pelicans soaring over the hi-rise next door every evening. In all a nice 4 days on the island. Thanks

Overall it was a great stay. Only downfall was we were right by the part of the condos that was under construction and the elevators didnt work.

Cute, well decorated beachy condo. Walking distance to the beach right across the street. Great view! Had a great time and even brought our doggies. Dog park was handy too.

Beach Time

The place was great. We loved the easy access to the beach and how pet friendly it was. Only disappoint was all the construction happening on the outside of the building and the elevator was out of order.

Great stay but the construction on the second day of our stay was very loud with construction

Good Stay but construction on the second day started at 8 with loud music and drilling and they worked until 9 at night playing loud music.

Beach time

Had a great time and relaxation. Place was under construction but nothing annoying. Rooms were updated and fantastic with everything we needed. Bed was so comfy as well and great view of beach from our balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in am or anytime. Nice walk to places as well If you don’t want to drive

Wonderful Visit!

Had a wonderful trip, everything was as expected. There was construction, but it didn’t bother us. Nice to wake up and enjoy your coffee gazing at the ocean. We stayed with our two teenaged and two dogs and had a great time. Thank you!

The view of the gulf of mexico was a wonderful way to wake up each day. The condo was clean but the Wifi didn't work nor the disgwasher along with gym was close the whole week we stayed.

Small but big for price

Pros, condo is beside the elevator, ad says bunk bed and king bed same room,not so. Bunk bed is in hall. There is a pull out couch. Bare minimum in kitchen. Overall it is like a hotel

The trip was very enjoyable and if I had time I would plan several times every year at this location. Friendly management onsite an easy parking and access to condo was outstanding. Only upgrade would be a butler to move in and out - carts were available to manage the absence. Beach across the highway - great. If they would put in a ramp on the seawall - I'd say outstanding. Amazing views

Amazing views and great balcony. Complex pools were great. It’s nice that the complex is further down Seawall Drive away from the major traffic that is closer to the pier. Complex is under construction, not disclosed in listing. If you are coming from out of town, you will need beach towels. We needed to purchase additional paper towels and toilet paper to accommodate our party of 5. There were 6 bath towels provided for Friday check in - Monday check out, so we washed them everyday to have fresh dry towels.
