Check-in was at 4:00 pm, I arrived after 4:30pm and the cleaning crew was still there so we waited an additional15-20 until they were done. The listing says indoor "heated" pool, however the pool is NOT heated but rather there is a heater in the pool area which was a bit misleading. We did not use the pool because the water was too cold. The driveway is very steep and the side of it is falling which makes a tight fit for larger cars. Overall it was clean, good location with nice views and good communication with the owner.

Host was quick to respond. Property is not as advertised and clearly does the bare minimum to maintain it.
Very steep driveway which is common in this area, but retaining wall in the middle is gone and washing away in the middle of the very narrow driveway. Very sketchy!
As you walk up the stairs to get into the house, there are blinds next to this toilet which you can see people using from outside the home due to broken blinds.
Handle grip missing on fuzzball table and it doesn’t send the ball back out when it goes down into the table.
We had heat for one day, then back to this 66 degrees which is too cold to swim in while having 30 degrees weather. Also garage door in the pool area doesn’t have seals, so inside temp is same as outside.

Host was very helpful and responsive. Location was close to the welcome center-where you could ride the trolley into Gatlinburg. Place was clean and very spacious for our group of 5 adults and 3 children age 5,4,3. The pool and hot tub was perfect for entertaining.

We chose this place for our family vacation this year. Most of the reviews were very good. However our stay was less than satisfactory. The indoor pool was cold upon our arrival and had a film on top of the water. When the pool man came and tested the water there was zero chlorine in it! The driveway is extremely steep with very little parking at the top. The blinds on the windows in the bedrooms and bathrooms will not cover the entire window, so there is a gap that we had to use towels and our clothing to cover. There are numerous spider webs all over the deck railing and the windows. The front porch furniture is very weathered and extremely wobbly when you try to sit in them. The indoor furniture needs updating and beds need new mattresses as they are all very uncomfortable to sit on and sleep in. The top to the hot tub was broken in the center upon our arrival and essentially one side has fallen apart. Our last night there the toilet downstairs flooded and water went into the kitchen and dining area. We had to use every towel that was supplied and all that we brought with us to clean it up. Upon contacting the host we were told a plumber would be there the following morning. The kitchen sink was not draining when we left and the toilets didnt want to flush properly. Definitely not pleased with our stay at this place. Will not be returning or recommending this home to anyone else. The only plus to this home is the view!

We loved this location. It was perfect for our party of 8. loved that 3 bedrooms had their own full bathrooms within the rooms. The fourth had a half bath and worked for our group. Spectacular views, but what comes with it is a bit of a scary drive lol. As mountain driving is. But so worth the drive. We had a couple of visitors, fondly named Yogi and Booboo, 4 out of the 7 days! The house was very clean and had 99% of what you needed for 8 people. Would recommend a few more forks, but that is a personal preference not a slight to this spectacular home. The owner was very responsive to all my inquiries. Parking for 2 cars is tight but doable. Recommend highly no food left in the car and lock your doors :) Thank you Travis for a great location to stay for our families. BTW we loved our visitors and just new to look out before leaving.

Wonderful house!

House was spotless on arrival. Pool and hot tub were ready to use right away. Beautiful views! Comfortable space to hang out at night as a family. Close to Gatlinburg and National Park. We had a couple unavoidable minor issues - battery in a smoke detector we couldn’t reach died, and septic issue, but they were both handled extremely quickly and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful.

Lovely Cabin

The cabin was lovely. The pool and the pool room were warm and a huge hit with the kids. The location was great- beautiful view and very close to Gatlinburg. I will say that we found the mattresses hard, there were no pool towels, and only exactly 8 bath towels. It also would have been nice to have hooks in the pool room and a lift assist thing for the hot tub. The cabin was however clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was a little sparsely equipped, but we made it work! Used the gas grill and it worked great too. All and all the property was great and would 100% rent again!

Great place

We had a wonderful short visit at your getaway. Kids loved having all the amenities, such as pool, hot tub, air hockey, etc. The only small item was that the kitchen has utensils, plates, glasses (no plastic glasses), some pots and pans but no serving dishes (like bowls for serving vegetables, etc.). Not a big deal we made things work and it was so lovely to be there with our family. The driveway is a dousy!!!

We picked this place for the indoor heated pool..when we arrived the kids went straight to the pool where it was 62 degrees. Messaged hist who said they had just added water and it would be up to temp in a few hours..next day still cold. Messaged host again..3 days later the temp got up to 70..still not swimmable. Property sits on a very steep hill..only room for 2 cars. The hand rail on the outside porch was half off (not screwed on). Bedrooms were nice..however the blinds do not pull down all the way and leave several inches open..even in thr bathrooms...thank god we were on the top of a mountain. After qe checked out the host OFFERED a refund....and then just disappeared... no refund...no further communication

Scenic views for a wonderful stay

The accommodations were wonderful! Breathtaking views and so many amenities! Indoor pool, hot tub, air hockey table, fooseball table and the arcade games brought us back to our childhood! The towels were so decoratively folded and everything was immaculate. We will definitely come back with the family! The place was HUGE with something for everyone. Thank you so much!

Our family of 5 had a good experience at the property. We had a couple of hiccups when we first arrived but they were promptly addressed. The beds weren't very comfy, a lot of trash on the property, and the pool was a little cramped. Overall a decent stay.

We loved the house. It wasn't as clean as I expected though. The floors were dirty. We didn't use the pool or hot tub. We had Stinkbugs infestation. We could not sit in the living room without them flying around, landing on us & crawling up the walls, windows, etc. It would have been nice to know that the house was on top of the mountain & how extremely curvy the road was & how steep the driveway is. Also how small the parking area was. We had barely enough room to park my Expedition & a small Kia SUV. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I won't book it again.
