The check-in process was complicated and confusing. The key pad did not function correctly the entire stay( 5 days) with no intervention. When we finally got in, we were inspecting the cleanliness which we found dingy looking sheets on one bed. A champagne glass left on one deck. A piece of hair weave in the front yard. Also, the water pressure in the master bathroom was low. And to top everything off, there was a roof leak in the closet. After acknowledgment, by staff and owner, I called vrbo to complainâŠso far no action. No one came to fix anything even after speaking with customer service, owner and vrbo. I really should be compensated for this lack of customer care serviceâŠlack of care.
