« The staff is great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s great for parking. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My only real complaint was that there was no hot water the last morning I was there. I mean literally none. They were working on it which means at times I had no water at all at times. »

« Everything about this place was amazing!! First and foremost Sarah at the front desk was the nicest, helpful most outgoing hotel employee I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is absolutely perfect if staying in Gatlinburg. You can walk to everything near by to skip paying for parking. The rooms were super clean. « This is our second time staying at this property. It is centrally located to all of the attractions and just a few miles from the entrance to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Loved the balcony with the creek view. There is so much to do in Gatlinburg we will be back! »

« The elevator looks to have been broken for a long time. The cleaning trolley was placed at the end of the corridor, almost blocking the way to the door of the stairs. Breakfast is the same every morning. All others are good. Staff are nice and helpful. »

We left a night early because we were invaded with ants. It was our last night so instead of packing up to change rooms, we just decided to drive home. They both try so hard to be the next Branson, and Gatlinburg is just too small of an area for that many people.
