Sleeps sixteen, one long table, warm water in January. Outside, Treetops Resort, Otsego Lake, and miles of trails are minutes away — close enough to explore, far enough that no one finds you.

Treetops Resort and Otsego Resort are minutes away — an ideal base for ski weekends and championship golf trips. Additional golf courses, lakes, snowmobile trails, and hiking areas are all within a short drive.
Boyne Mountain, Petoskey, and Mackinaw City are easy day trips. Downtown Gaylord is close for dining, groceries, and everyday essentials.
You can be on a ski lift in ten minutes and back in the pool before dinner.
Guests have full private access to the main home, indoor pool wing, hot tub area, game room, and surrounding yard space. The property is not shared with other guests.
Please note that detached barns and certain outbuildings on the property are not accessible to guests and remain locked for owner use.

Hidden Oasis is a split-level home on open acreage outside Gaylord, with separate gathering and sleeping zones so a big group can spread out without stacking up. The house has some years on it — original brick, a classic split-level layout, and a few older-home quirks — while the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated.
The main level holds the kitchen, dining area, and living room, with easy access to the patio and fire pit. Five bedrooms sleep 16 in real beds: a king suite with its own private bath, a second king, a queen, a room with a double-over-double bunk, and a bunk room with six singles that the kids claim fast.
The indoor pool wing sits apart from the main living areas — swim in January with snow on the windowsills, grab a drink at the poolside bar, then cross to the outdoor hot tub. A game room with pool table and air hockey, a second bar, and a theater room with two TVs give the group different places to land, so movie-watchers and game-players never fight over one screen.
It's an ideal base for ski weekends and Treetops golf trips — a putting green out back, one big table to eat together, and the pool waiting when you come back in.
Outside: hot tub, fire pit seating, patio dining, putting green, open grounds, and parking for a caravan of vehicles.
A vehicle is recommended for getting around the area. The property offers convenient access to major routes, making it easy to reach nearby resorts, golf courses, and surrounding Northern Michigan destinations. Nearest airports: Pellston Regional (PLN) ~30 min, Traverse City (TVC) ~1 hr, Detroit Metro (DTW) ~3.5 hrs.
Ride share services are limited in the area, so planning personal transportation is advised.
The indoor pool is maintained year-round and professionally serviced. Please supervise children at all times in the pool and hot tub areas.
This is a nonsmoking property and not suitable for large events or parties. Quiet hours are enforced to respect neighboring properties. Pets are welcome with advance notice — just ask before booking; a pet fee applies.
Please note: the house sleeps 16 in real beds. We can host up to 25 total. If you are booking for more than 16, the extra guests sleep on couches and air mattresses. Plan your bedding accordingly.
