Welcome to Time Capsule Tower — a fully remodeled retro 70s retreat in Gaylord's Michaywe community. Inside: hot tub, sauna, arcade, bumper pool, movie room with surround sound, putting green, and three distinct hangout spaces for when the group needs to spread out. Michaywe guests also get access to the year-round community pool (indoor in winter, outdoor in summer). 15 min to Treetops Resort, 45 min to Boyne Mountain — skiing, golf, and snowmobile trails all within reach.

Time Capsule Tower sits in Gaylord's Michaywe community — a quiet, wooded neighborhood with walking trails, open green spaces, and year-round community pool and hot tub access (indoor in winter, outdoor in summer).

Gaylord is Michigan's Alpine Village — a true four-season destination for skiers, golfers, snowmobilers, and lake lovers. Whether you're here to hit the slopes, the links, or the trails, Time Capsule Tower is your basecamp for it all.

Guests have full access to Time Capsule Tower — all five themed bedrooms, loft, three bathrooms, sunken living room, basement arcade lounge, upper-level movie room, sauna, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit with dining space. The garage is not accessible to guests.

Retro architecture comes with a few quirks:

Loft is ladder-access only
Multiple levels throughout
These add character but may be difficult for very young children, older adults, or anyone with mobility challenges. Please keep this in mind when planning sleeping arrangements.

A personal vehicle is required. Pellston Regional (PLN) is ~45 min, Traverse City (TVC) ~1.5 hrs, and Detroit Metro (DTW) ~4 hrs. Free on-site parking.

Hot Tub Guidelines -
The hot tub is professionally maintained before each stay.
Please shower before and after use to keep the water clean.
Shut lid immediately after use
No glass containers in or around the tub.
Do not adjust the temperature settings or add any products to the water.
Replace the cover when not in use to retain heat and keep debris out.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The hot tub may be unavailable during severe weather or for maintenance.
