Hotel Gazipur

« This is a good place to visit. The property is very nice and we'll equipped. »

« I paid previous night and received confirmation of booking from Expedia. I called 3 tomes on the way from Dhaka but not picked up by anyone. When I reached at noon, the resort people were telling there was no booking in my name. I showed the booking confirmation. But they kept my car waiting out side of gate and asking me to cancel the booking!! They were saying 'Saheb Bari resort' had cancelled their contract with Expedia and are not accountable to receive or entertain us. You may understand...

« Eventhough I have already paid by hotels.com, they still charge me for my stay (double charged). I have emailed them but still no answer after 7 days passed. Bad service. Please check your email and do your job properly. Emailed and called them again today but they give excuses. »

« Wi-Fi doesn't work properly, Very noisy room, impossible to sleep during the night and awful breakfast. »

« The Hyatt Place Dhaka Uttara is a great hotel. This was my third stay and it was just at as enjoyable as the first two. Mr Rakibul at the front desk is a very professional and helpful man, as are all the staff I had interactions with. Their command of the English language is amazing and so I never had to repeat anything. Rooms and spotlessly clean, no bad smells, and well equipped. The location is perfect also. The beds are so comfortable I missed dinner on two nights, and slept right through. »

« I booked my hotel room 4 days earlier and I called the hotel that make sure I get correctly so I talk to front desk manager in charge Mr. Mehdi or Nadim I can't exactly recall the name but I spoke front desk manager on 20th September 2026 and I mentioned to him that make sure room bed sheets are clean and the bathroom must good clean! »

« Great room, close to airport, great shuttle service to and from the airport and nicest hotel staff I’ve ever seen. »

« Great service.great people, »
