The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel's SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, gym and massage zone. Its use is subject to an additional charge and is subject to availability.

The building is located on the Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river and the proximity of the Old Town are in the immediate vicinity of the building.
