« Our family of four had a wonderful stay in Mathys houseboat! The views at night of the romantic skinny bridge alit were gorgeous and the glimpse of other boats cruising by the open portholes of the boat made you feel like you were in the midst of it all. A comfortable walk to the Van Gogh Museum and The Anne Frank House as well as great restaurants. We walk away with great memories of our experience here. »

« This was an ideal place to stay in Amsterdam. It was super fun to stay on a houseboat, and this is a particularly nice houseboat. It has an ideal location, right at the edge of the city center--easy walking to everything but on a nice, quiet canal surrounded by beautiful buildings that seemed apart from the intensity of the most tourists districts, even though they were just a few minutes walk away. « Très belle peniche Très agréable Mais trop.bruyante car près de la route à 4 voies Nous avons aussi été surpris et déçus car si on veut utiliser le frigo, lave vaisselle etc c est 50€ en.plys chaque jour....et non.precise dans l annonce... On ne maîtrise ni le son de la TV car bloqué au minimum....ni l air conditionne...donc il n y a pas de télé ni de cuisine ni d air conditionné puisque on ne peut pas les utiliser....c est un peu du.mensonge !!! »

« Der Aufenthalt auf dem Hausboot war spektakulär. Ein wirklich liebevoll und modern eingerichtetes Hausboot mit Liebe zum Detail. Es fehlt wirklich Nichts. Rohan hat uns empfangen und uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt und erklärt. Toll ist die Sauna auf dem Boot. Es ist überhaupt nicht kalt, wir waren im Dezember dort. Es werden alle Wünsche erfüllt, wenn man sie vorher anfragt. Albert ist ebenfalls ein warmherziger Mensch, der uns lieb begrüßt hat. Das Hausboot liegt perfekt zur City und vom Centraal...

« When we arrived, the key wasn’t in the key safe. Arie quickly answered our call and upgraded us to another room, which was great! It’s truly an experience to remember to sleep in a boat house. Loved the view and quietness. It’s a 20 minute walk by the water to Centraal Station. With a rented bike, it took less than 5 minutes and it is the best way to get around in my opinion. Highly recommended! »
