The downside is that the rug in the covered patio is in deep need of replacement as there is a heavy smell upon first entry-- which is not indicative of the rest of the property, but also not the best way to be introduced. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night.
