En hiver la commodité des chambres est à revisé. Tapis de caoutchouc entrée des chambres est nul. L’eau et la neige sur les bottes impossibles à gérer. On se trouve à mouillé le plancher proche du lit et autres. Attribution de chambres à réviser. Si hôtel vide ne pas mettre 2 occupants connexe.

The staff personnel is very friendly but the welcoming factor could be improved in terms of more information about the amenities and surrounding attractions. Breakfast buffet is good. Morning check out lacks staff as there is only one person at the counter. If she steps away, there is no one to help you. Overall It’s was a nice retreat.

Dans l'ensemble très bien :)
J'ai séjourné 3 nuits au Ramada. Les deux premières nuits ont été tranquille cependant la dernière nuit, beaucoup de bruit dans les corridors et les personnes qui marchaient dans la chambre supérieur. déjeuner très bien et de plus il débute tôt ! Parfait pour les gens qui font du plein air ;)

Très bien situé
Hôtel situé au bord d'un lac, très agréable, vue superbe. Personnel très sympathique. Chambre confortable, très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner correct. Nous ne buvons ni café, ni thé. Nous avons du demander s'il était possible d'avoir au moins du jus d'orange, ce qui nous a été donné. La piscine a été très apprécié.

Etape reposante dans un cadre très agréable
Étape d'une nuit au bord d'un lac à une heure de Toronto avant de reprendre notre avion pour Paris le lendemain après-midi. Séjour très agréable dans un lieu très calme et un hôtel pratiquement neuf. Des chambres spacieuses, neuves et très propres. Une belle piscine intérieure avec une eau chaude, un centre de fitness et un sauna. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel (salle avec vue sur le lac et nourriture de qualité pour un prix raisonnable). Repos assuré avant de prendre l'avion !

Morning Braiden Well received your messages. Pool Cell reception. indeed, this is a common issue in Jackson's Point. The issue has had sent to City Office for attention.In terms of dirty room. my colleague mention to me and has changed the dirty towel immediately, also I left a handwritten message under your door because the DND sign was on however didn't get a chance to speak with you in person even your departure in next day. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming upon arrival. There was obvious pride in their work! The exterior of the building and surrounding property could use a little updating. Gorgeous views of Jackson’s Point right from the comfort of your room!

The view was mesmerizing, it reminded me of my home country. Best place to relax on vacations. Walkable restaurants around 6-7 mins with different cuisine. Will be back definitely soon.

Recently booked 3 nights of stay, every night, the door cards required reactivation. After 10pm with the lobby being closed, a call in to the receptionist was required to have someone come down to my room to let me in. On-top of this they wanted to check through my phone emails and spend a half an hour confirming that my stay was legit, I didn't get inside the room until 1am. Not happy. 2 nights in a row this occurred

Dear Brian, so sorry and please accept my apology for the incident. The lobby was closed during the winter low season at mid night and reopen at 7am. during this period of time, we post an emergency number by the door. At 12.45am, I received your call and open the door for you. for security purpose, we need to check the ID and message in order to protect the guest privacy.

We have stayed here lots of times so things are familiar. Staff are friendly and caring. We have an Austistic 10 year old and staff know we need to be in the main building, not Lakeside. We also have a busy 3 year old and everyone is understanding.

The staff was very good. My only problem was: with so vacant rooms, why did we get "up-graded" to a room that was on the second level at the end of the building which was a very long distance from the main building? Using the main buildings' facilities ie: pool, hot tub, etc. was very inconvenient from where our room was located (it's a very big resort).

Sorry to say very disappointed receptions staff and restaurant staff rude, attitude not answer my questions terrible service, rushing on us, cockroaches in room plus ants, of course pool in maintenance I have pictures of both. I am travelling for work and business often so I’ve been in hotels a lot but this escape which was a family long weekend celebration and my wedding anniversary Horrible memories Never put my foot there again! They were not busy at all so they had time to welcoming us and treat us like humans,but unfortunately NOT! Not recommended!

Nice place, great value
Room was comfortable and clean; pool and hot tub were very nice, clean and set at a comfortable temperature. The included breakfast was a nice touch. Overall value was great.

Jenna at the check in counter was kind to check us in earlier because we booked a couple massage at the spa for 4pm. Our room was spacious and clean.

Our family had a great stay. Breakfast was included. The pool was great for the kids. Hot tub was lovely for the adults. Rooms were clean. We went in the winter and could see the potential for the summer. Could use some updating though.
