« No value for money. The small terraced yard is not secure, it needs to be accessed via a back bedroom which entails flights of stairs to enter. Not suitable for pets or children, it is actually a hazard as has discarded chairs, gates and general refuse in plain sight, awful. Stairs at every level, not suitable for toddlers or elderly. Air conditioning non operational. Windows very difficult to open and rusted (need to climb on kitchen bench to open one) Front door non operational, needed to...

« The property was clean. The views were amazing. Just around the corner was a few little shops, or wine bar and a coffee shop. There’s also a Pilates studio. From the backyard you can walk down to the beach or from the road you can walk down to Little blowhole and also the beach. The property could really do with some Blockout curtains or blinds. It’s incredibly light from the street lights at night and the blinds that are currently there are quite old and don’t do the job. Downstairs is a room...

« The property had its own pet dog, which my son got to go and have pats with! We didn't have our own pets there so not applicable from our end. We only used the upstairs area of the house so can't comment on overall facilities. Pool did look nice for a dip if it was summer though! »

« Nice little place. Good location, great big yard and very quiet. Short walk to the beach and shop. Rear covered patio is nice. Bathroom would benefit from a bit of work. Bath and shower need resurfacing and toilet seat looks ancient. A bit more attention to cleaning under beds and lounges is needed. Overall well equipped and comfortable. »
