Vue magnifique !
Il faut y arriver, ça grimpe mais confortable et service ok. Vue magnifique et magique sur les montagnes et le château. Juste dommage la musique forte dès le petit déjeuner. Agréable de pouvoir petit déjeuner dehors

Hele mooie omgeving, het hotel is gelegen op een heuvel met een zeer mooi viewpoint. De weg naar het hotel is wel wat lastig, stijle oude wegen naar boven. Er is helaas geen parking van het hotel zelf. Het hotel is op wandelafstand gelegen van het oude gedeelte van Gjirokaster, leuke oude straatjes met authentieke winkels en restaurants. Het personeel van het hotel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze kamer was wel wat klein. De kamer was zeer verzorgd en netjes. Omdat er voldoende kamers over waren op het moment van ons verblijf boden ze ons een gratis upgrade van de kamer aan met een beter uitzicht. En enorme aanrader als je in Gjirokaster wil verblijven!

This is a large and unmissable hotel in the old town part of the city (as you can probably tell from the photos). I had a triple room and it was massive. Breakfast was great, front desk staff was really helpful in helping me find some services for my phone and gave me great tips and tricks for navigating the city. Note that there isnt any soundproofing - this would generally be fine for me but I had the bad luck of sharing my floor with a large group of people who were partying and running around the floor and slamming doors until the wee hours. Despite that I still had a great short stay at the hotel.

Hotel estupendo en el centro histórico. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y tienen unas vistas magníficas. El desayuno lo sirven individualmente y es abundante y muy rico. El personal es encantador, muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Excellent location and amazing staff
Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. All tourist spots within walking distance. Famous bazaar is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Airvon in room was fantastic especially during the very hot weather. I strongly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Amazing gem of Gjirokaster
The hotel is amazng. The view from the rooms is incredible as the hotel is on a hill. There is no dedicated parking at the hotel but the team were so helpful in finding space for our car in the hotel next door. Great breakfast too

No parking near the hotel
There is no parking near the hotel. When we booked the hotel, there was info written at the web page that the parking is near the hotel at the street. Reality is, that there is no car access to the hotel. You can drive in the narrow steep roads app. 300 m close to the hotel and them the road is closed, access is allowed only to hotel staff. There are even several signs directing drivers to the hotel, but that was valid in the past and not anymore. After we called the hotel, they directed us to the parking space on the other side of the hotel and sent their driver to pick us up. If you do not have a lot of luggage, you can even walk to the hotel (5 minutes). Staff help people to reach the hotel, but they should inform them in advance. Otherwise the hotel is really nice, it was recently renovated. The surrounding is really charming. The hotels is located a 2-minute walk from the bazaar.

Best location in Gjirokaster. Hotel has a great front patio with gorgeous vistas. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Bring your GPS. Hotel is tucked up a long cobblestone alley, with very little parking next to property.

Ottima accoglienza e gestione. Tutto ok per pulizia, colazione, ristorante, aria condizionata e wi-fi. A causa di lavori stradali l’auto deve essere parcheggiata non proprio vicino all’hotel: il cortese personale vi darà una mano a portare i bagagli senza problema.

Great room with amazing view-- room was a bit small but not horrible-- could have used more choices at bfast and no coffee but otherwise very nice hotel

Magical view and fantastic place!
Great location in Gjirokaster. Very close to everything like tourist attractions. The hotel are very clean and it smells wonderful. They serve local food that you must to try. Drink list and their wines are super. Breakfast also was great, best coffee. To all staff thank you for great service and kindness. We really appreciate!

The hotel is located just a few steps from the old bazaar, dining and other attractions and for those physically fit, Gjirokaster Castle is just a 15-20 minute of uphill walking. The hotel building and rooms are top-notch 5-star caliber. The view in the hotel terrace is superb. For those not used to the narrow, hilly streets of Europe, drive to the hotel may be daunting. Hotel Fantasy should give out a detailed way on how to get to their place correctly. Otherwise, time will be wasted on following erroneous suggestions from Google Map.

Simply perfect
Great modern style hotel with superb view. It is located in the old town with very short walking distance to all old town points of interest, including the castle. Service is excellent and staff extremely friendly. Food in restaurant is really great and tasty. I highly recommend this hotel.
