We only stayed a night at Seton Guest House before we headed off to the airport but it was a very charming, clean, and quiet place. The room was beautiful, and thoughtfully-appointed. The owners were very nice as well.

Only stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer. Owners were so helpful and friendly. Great location, clean comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!

Eric and Leslie are simply the most gracious hosts. They have welcomed my daughter and me into this comfortable B&B. They are helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations for the area. Can't recommend enough!

Excellent service from hosts and gorgeous place to stay outside of the city centre. Breakfast was exceptional and high ceilings in our room were to die for. Only “knock” would be a lack of storage space in our bedroom… no drawers for our clothes etc. About a 15 min walk into downtown Glasgow. Great value for money and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful place with lovely hosts
Eric and Leslie were absolutely wonderful people! Lovely house that was clean, spacious, and close to town. Eric gave us great recommendations for fun spots in Glasgow and we had a great time! The breakfast they provided was also excellent. Highly recommend this location

Very nice place, Eric and Leslie were very nice and hospitable. the room was very clean, and high quality materials were used. Although we had to leave early and couldnt try the breakfast, will definetly try it next time we are in glasgow.

beautiful guest house located an easy 15 minute walk from the Train Station. all rooms are en-suite, and in excellent condition. Hosts were very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. A definite place to stay when in Glasgow.Quiet yet close to many amenities and attractions

Lovely building and comfortable bed. Our bathroom was across the landing but was our own private and had key to lock and robes to wear when using. Could be clearer on parking description, as it says included but it’s actually on street parking and very narrow but thankfully managed to get a space. Hosts were friendly and made an effort to converse and give directions etc and met any requirements we had (further supplies etc). Can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t opt for that but it smelt lovely when you woke on a morning. Easy check in and check out.

Lesley and Eric were very kind and friendly hosts. The house and street were very pretty and quiet. All very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the old cathedral and necropolis area and also the city shops and restaurants. We also ate at the local restaurant Coia’s which was fantastic. We did a guided walking tour from George Square which was really entertaining.

It was beautifully painted and furniture was lovely, it was neat as a pin. We even had a giant flat screen TV and sofa. The owners were very friendly.

It's amazing house in a quite neighbourhood, the hosts are very approachable and helpful. Everything was resolved fast and in a friendly, professional manner. We have enjoyed our stay but would prefer to be in a closer distance to city centre.

Anna, glad you enjoyed your stay. We make sure we highlight on our listing that we're a 20 minute walk or 10 minutes by bus to the city centre. Our suburban location offers guests many local amenities and community atmosphere that cannot be found in the city centre so many of them like that aspect too.

Excellent stay and very friendly owners
Seton Guest House was a gem of a place. Eric the owner was very accomodating, upgrading us to an ensuite room (our original room came with a separate bathroom which was not shared but had to be entered through the landing. This was clearly stated in the listing so everything was very clear). The room was big and airy and Eric gave us a quick history of the building and surrounding areas. Bed was super king and absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was top notch and very nicely presented. Will definitely stay here again when we're next in Glasgow! Thanks Eric!

Beautiful room to stay in, so comfy and clean! The room recently had fresh carpets and paint in so it looked really nice. The owners made sure everything was COVID compliant. The hosts were super helpful and relaxed as well, and the property is not too far from the town centre - about a 15 minute walk. Preferred it to a hotel :)
