« The home was nice, it is clean and looks like the pictures. Pool and spa are also very clean. The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. « We loved the home. Beautiful water ways in back. It was so fun to drive the boat around. Close to shopping and restaurants in Peoria and Glendale. We enjoyed the baseball spring training in the area. »

« This property was very nice, lots of room for large family gathering. House was very clean. Property manager was very responsive. Outdoor area, pool, hot tub, fire pit, etc was well maintained and everything working. House was well stocked! Only negative is noise ordinance. No noise after 9pm. We were elderly group so not problem for us. »
