Beautiful Setting! The waterfalls and pond were a hit with the kids as they loved sliding into and playing in the water kettle! Hours of fun! The fire pit with the sounds of the creek was top notch! We were with family and the children loved having the first floor all to themselves. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space and a first rate kitchen. The decks have wonderful views of the falls and pond, all in all an ideal place to stay!

Weekend Away

We stayed here for our second annual family trip. It was a wonderful trip and the location could not be better. The creek, waterfall and wading pool under the falls were beautiful. We enjoyed the fire pit and it was very nice to be so close to Cashiers. We hope to be back next year and want to rebook this house!

Soothing waterfall

My husband has really bad tinnitus from his time in the Navy. The only thing that helps it is the sound of running water. The sound from the waterfall was immensely helpful and soothing for him. House lovely, quiet and close to a beautiful lake. We had a great time!

Charming cascades home

Wonderful trip

This house was perfect for the 6 of us and our dogs! The house and property was beautiful and the hosts were great. Just an FYI, the road and driveway to get there is very steep so make sure you have the best car!

Loved it

My family had a fantastic time. House is stocked with all the amenities you should need. Plenty of room. The fire pit and the waterfall with the pond is such a great feature to have. Boating rentals on Lake Glenville is just a couple of miles down the road, along with the surrounding areas to go site seeing. It was well worth it, and I will be coming back. Mary and David are spot on with responses to any questions you may have. Thank you again.

A Winner!

The location, layout, and look of this home was perfect for me and my siblings. The house has 3 bedroom areas that gave us a bit of space but also allowed us to easily come together. We woke to sounds of the waterfall, enjoyed time at the firepit and views from the porches. Definitely recommend renting a pontoon boat from Signal Ridge Marina (4 minute drive).

Amazing views

This house is absolutely amazing! We only left the property once to buy some food that we forgot to bring. The decks are so relaxing and the noise of the water is so soothing. We brought tubes and had fun going down the rocks. The dogs had fun swimming in the water as well. The owner was quick to get back to us. Best rental house we have rented!

Beautiful home plus Waterfalls for kids!

My husband, son, and grandsons stayed for a week! Even though we had rain for a few days, the kids wanted to slide down the falls into the pond and swim! Safe falls for an 8 and 13 year old. Be sure to bring your own tubes, that is what we did. Home was very well appointed and extremely clean. Owner was very responsive for the couple times I had questions. Mary was fantastic! My family said it was the best vacation we have ever had. Would stay again.

Weekend family getaway

The house was perfect for our family of seven including teens and grandparents. The location was great with easy access to Cashiers and the lake. We enjoyed the waterfall and fire pit and mainly spent time on the deck of the kitchen. It’s even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Everything was as described regarding the house. Would love to go again next summer.

Spring break 2023

I Took my children ages 10 and 12 with my mother here for spring break Sunday, March 12th-Saturday, March 18th. We also included my brother and his wife and children ages 9 and 12 as well they stayed (Sunday-Thursday). Everyone loved the place, it had plenty of space for everyone and then some. The house was ready as soon as we got there and was in picture perfect condition. Everything we wanted to do was within 15 minutes to about a hour and half away that being ashville. There are many waterfalls around the area. we went to probably about 15 while we stayed the 6 days. We could have probably went to more easily, but we wanted a lazy day to just enjoy the house and the waterfall that this gorgeous house has to offer and the kids did not argue at all to the idea. The host has many brochures about things to do around the area as well if needed. The house is also amazingly stocked with everything you can need for cookware like plates, glasses and wine glasses. They even went out of there way at the beginning of the trip and a bottle of wine was left, that my mother and my brothers wife enjoyed. All in all, I AM very pleased with everything. from the service that was provided. like the extremely fast response time when responding back to a message, to the overwhelming comfort and warmth of a home that makes you feel like home when you are away from home. Thank you for making my families spring break vacation of 2023 very memorable it is very much appreciated. Sincerely, M Carlan.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL

This house was just beautiful, inside and out. The roaring creek was the most incredible Mother Nature has to offer. We couldn't stay out of the creek even though it was November. Decks on the house were just begging for sitting and relaxing. We really meant to leave the house more but just couldn't. I asked a few questions about the house and got an answer before my fingers left my keyboard.
