« We were early so it took forever to check in. We were told there were no rooms available yet, even though we prepaid, but as we sat in the lobby for about an hour other people came in and were given a room. The room we finally received was noisy. You could hear everything going on outside from the second floor. Heating/cooling system was very strange to configure so i would suggest a how-to for guests. »

« This was one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. There isn’t one thing I can complain about. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The best customer service I’ve ever received. The amenities were great. I love that they provided ice and water on every floor. I would definitely recommend this place 100 times over. »
