„AVOID! On arrival we got our keys from the keylock which was a simple process. When entering the apartment it completely stunk of cigs and w - as if people had been in there for days smoking. Even aside from the foul smell the place is very run down, lots of marks and stains on the walls etc. The glass hob surface had a large chip/crack on it which you could easily cut yourself of. "Old hotel with a cheap renovation to make the rooms look modern. Windows don't have double glazing-please note the ones facing Portland St. will be very noisy as many buses start from there. Ridiculous 2 GBP charge to leave the bag in storage. Staff (spoke to two different employees) were not particularly friendly or helpful. On the positive side, the bed is great, and so is the shower."
