„The hotel service was excellent- except that they didn’t know who Orbitz was and I couldn’t check in without paying again. SO I have paid double. I would like Orbitz to refund the room charges for this reservation since I had to pay again in person. The staff are not trustworthy as they initially denied any relationships with the booking agency I used, including the payment I made until I shiwed them the receipt. „Horrible place. Old, decrepit, and looks like a haunted building. It is dark, gory, and quite literally like a ghost asylum. The air conditioning does not work. They have no WiFi so you can’t access the internet. I booked on Expedia and paid for my stay upfront.
