« Inconsistent communication response. Question asked (3) times on what the additional fee was for exactly (how much for pets since it wasn't advertised. Addt'l for children?) - never answered. Terrible mold/mildew smell. Back door is tricky to lock. Bath door gets stuck. Bath vanity tilted out of the wall. Kitchen window has no shade. Every surface is hard to sit or sleep on. « The location of this single wide mobile home was incredible; on the banks of the Winchuck River and a ten minute walk to the beach! We watched waterfowl, heard owls and saw a fox. However, the mobile home itself was worn out, and there was an overpowering smell of air freshener that no amount of fresh air could dissipate. We messaged the owner twice about animal noises coming from underneath the trailer. »
